Refunds & Exchanges

We want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, here is how we make it right.

14 day exchanges

You can exchange any item for a different size or product within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with their original tags and packaging.

Refunds

If you would prefer a refund, let us know within 14 days of delivery. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will refund you to your original payment method, or by bank transfer for cash on delivery orders, within 7 working days.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, including delivery charges.

Items we cannot accept

• Items that have been worn, washed or altered
• Items without original tags
• Sale items, unless they arrived damaged

How to start an exchange or return

Email us at cave1900x@gmail.com or message us through our Contact page with your order number and the item you would like to return or exchange. We will reply within one working day with next steps.

Return delivery costs are paid by the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
