Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance when your order is dispatched. We may cancel an order, with a full refund of any payment, if an item is out of stock, a price was displayed incorrectly, or we cannot verify the order.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Pakistani rupees (PKR). Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout. Payment is by cash on delivery or any other method offered at checkout.

Products

Our embroidery is finished by hand, so small variations between pieces are part of their character and not a defect. Colours may look slightly different on different screens.

Intellectual property

All designs, photographs, text and logos on this site belong to cavepk.shop and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Liability

We are responsible for the products we sell as described in these terms. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for delays caused by events outside our control.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
